How do i setuo my watch?
How long is the delivery time?
We ship with Postnord and they have 1-3 days delivery.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
We have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee where you have the opportunity
to test the product and send it back again. When you send it back, it must be in new condition and in original packaging.
When can I advertise a product?
You can in principle advertise a product 2 years after you
has made a purchase. However, errors occur already after 0-3 months if it is one
production defects. We do not approve products where there are clear signs
wear and tear. Always write to customer service, then we will probably find a good solution.
Can there be more users on the Sportsbuddy Scale?
Yes, you can easily have several families connected to the scale
through the app.
If there are problems with my watch, what do I do then?
You can do the following things:
Make sure the app is completely up to date.
Check that the clock is updating inside the app itself.
Check out the FAQ inside the app as they have answers to many questions about the watches.
Try restarting the clock and setting it up again.
Contact kundeservice if the above things do not work.
Can you use the exercise equipment outside?
Yes, all weights can be used outside, however one should try to
Avoid keeping them wet for too long, as they can significantly reduce the shelf life.

Do all the clocks have a built-in pedometer?
Yes they have.

All except the kids watch have a built-in heart rate monitor.
